🌶️IT’S TIME FOR THE 16TH ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF & CHIP NIGHT!🌶️
All victories are worth celebrating with your forever family! We are kicking off this Thursday night with our 16th Annual Chili Cook-Off Contest—and we hope to see you there for Chip Night!
This is a free event starting at 5:00 PM in the Cross Talk Cafe, followed by Large Group at 6:30 PM (where our official winners will be announced!).
📋 Schedule of Events (Thursday Night)
4:30 PM – Setup Time (Contestants arrive & check in)
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM – Tasting & Judging
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Mealtime! Turn in your votes, grab a bowl, and chow down!
6:30 PM – Large Group (Winners announced!)
👨🍳 For Contestants
Setup & Station ID: Assigned upon arrival at check-in.
What to Bring: Bring your chili in a crockpot or warming dish (along with a ladle, and any specialty garnishes).
Batch Size: Please prepare enough chili for roughly 30 servings (approx. 1.5 to 2 gallons, or 1 standard 6–8quart slow cooker).
We Provide: Tables, power outlets/strips & extension cords, tasting cups, spoons, and napkins.

Not a chef? No problem! Come sample all the fantastic entries and cast your vote!
Optional Side Dishes: Feel free to bring any sides or toppings to share if you are able (e.g., cheese, sour cream, chips, or cornbread).
📌 Rules & Important Details
Judging: Official judging takes place at 5:45 PM, followed by the Public Choice voting announcement during Large Group.
